Aesthetic waxes contain for optical reasons 0.2% non- combustible parts (titanoxide). As per the norm, these may be marked as combustible without residues, however, they are not suited when casting ceramics.
Cervical wax red, hard, breaks in case of undercuts, cervical wax orange is soft, tension-free and has a plastic wax condition. Cervical wax violet, mid-hard, is formable in plastified condition without memory. Oxide free, combustible without residues, suited when casting ceramics.
